I have read the first two novels in the series and enjoyed them enormously. I read a lot of SciFi, with Jay Allan and Jack Campbell particular favorites. This trailer is great! It reinforces my opinion that the series would make an excellent series on Netflix or Amazon Prime.

I’m enjoying this story on audiobook right now.
Judging from previous adaptations, I worry how well Netflix or Amazon Prime can do it.

This book series is not worthy of a movie, as the writers have segmented their books on screenplay form for 24 episodes for TV.

And once you get past book 5, it just waffles on with 10% information and 90% space battles per book.

It’s getting crappy past book 10 and going downhill fast.

A glimpse of hope in book 14 and 25, but you just know the book writing sweatshop of JN Chaney will mess it up whilst milking it for all It’s got.

Amazon and Audible are the worst book publisher’s where a novel is turned into 4 books.

Or a rejected screenplay like backyard starship gets transformed into a book.

Not worth a movie, and wouldn’t last 4 seasons as a TV series.

Love the ride! Starting the 5th book, I just have one question how did humans get into this galactic society. I’m not speaking about Van and his grandfather but humans as a whole.

I’m on book 27 of the entire series. I’m going to be so lost when it finally ends. I’ve also read the prequel series about Van’s grandfather Mark, The Peacemaker Wars. It’s also as good as the main series. Thinking about the teaser movie clip I do have a couple of issues. The voice of “Perry” is to much. IMHO someone like “Paul Brittany” could do the best justice to Perry. As Perry is a complete smartass. The character playing Van seems a little too old. Van is supposed to be in his 20’s at the beginning of his adventures. Just my two penneth worth.
