Not sure I would have chosen any of those offered. The original fare Fahrenheit 431 was far better and most of the latest covers are worth noting such as MD Cooper and JJ Green
“A Fall of Moondust” by Arthur C. Clarke which came out in the late 50s had a cover that has intrigued me to this day! Frazetta’s Ace covers were simply amazing and great art at the same time
Right? There were so many – the Dangerous Visions set, or still one of my favs, Bunch’s Moderan http://file770.com/wp-content/uploads/Moderan.jpg
I remember the covers of most of the books and although Dune was interesting I found the striking semblance of the white dragon for Anne McCaffrey by Michael Whelan and actually any of Frank Frazetta’s covers breathtaking. I will admit to a bias towards that artful style though … like Olivia, Vallejo and Rowena.
